Painted Butterflies:
The Painted Fusion Glass Butterflies started when a close friend of mine asked me to make the Monarch Butterfly. A Butterfly had landed on her foot not long after her husband passed away, she asked me to do the butterfly for her. I had the Monarch Butterfly on display at a Glass Show recently and it was amazing how many people came up to me and told me their stories and what a butterfly meant to them. I then was asked to do a Red Spotted purple butterfly – which is the second picture. The Butterfly is set off of the Black Glass and looks like it is flying.

Wolf – Colourful As some of you might know I love working with lot’s of colour on my projects. The Colourful Wolf is painted onto the Glass and then Fired in the kiln – I used a White Glass Background with Black Glass Trim – I then painted a Birch Wood Panel and attached the Wolf to it. This is one of my favourite Art Pieces I’ve done – I hope you love it also

I have wanted to do this Fusion Glass/Painting Piece for a long time, so here it is. I used two parts of Fusion Glass for this Art Piece, and then painted between them to connect the Art. The Lady carrying the umbrella is all Fusion Glass but raised up onto the bottom layer.

Flowers Painted using Multi Colours:
The one part about Fusion Glass, is that you can incorporate so many different things with it Like painting onto the glass and then firing it so it is permanent. I used a lot of different colours for the flowers on this piece and blended it all together at the bottom.

Ladies:
If you have looked at my Website you would know I love doing Fusion Glass Ladies. On the Three Glass Ladies below I painted on Fusion Glass and then Fired it in the Kiln – it is forever on the glass now. I then added the Ladies to Aluminum. All you have to do is attach them to your wall using the command strips (I like to use 9-16 lb. strips).

Crow:
Tonight I have a Fusion Glass Crow for Sale. I’ve cut the Crow shape out then painted the Crow on the inside of the cutout, giving it a look of being set back into the glass. I then put the Crow onto a wood board that stands off the wall. If you love crow’s or birds you will love this piece.

Wave With Painted Turtles:
I love making Fusion Glass Waves, No matter which colours you use they always look so beautiful. I wanted to do something a little different and added the painted Turtles. I then Slumped this onto a wave Mold so it was able to stand on it’s own. This Piece is for Sale now but if you would like to change it to your own personal taste ask me about it and we can see if it will work.

The Piece below I love because I was able to work with painting on the the glass and then making it a part of the glass once it has been fired. I love the Colours that I used for the face and then having the Face lifted off of the glass. I also used black lines to give the Piece a different dimension.

Wolf Standing on Rock/Wood:
This Custom Order Fusion Glass Wolf is Standing on a piece of Pistachio Wood (my husband is the artist when it comes to the Wood Work). I know I have a lot of favourite pieces but this is right there at the top of my list.
